Her career began in the United States, where she gained valuable practical experience in property maintenance and management within a large corporation. After returning to Bulgaria, she established herself as a leading expert in the organization and management of the entire investment process - from planning and construction to sale, rental and maintenance of projects in the residential and office segments.

Bistra possesses in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and successfully combines strategic thinking with practical experience in managing complex real estate projects.
Verzhiniya Hubcheva has over 10 years of professional experience as a legal expert, specializing in corporate and commercial law. A significant part of her career was spent at Eurohold Bulgaria AD – the largest publicly listed holding company in the country – where she was actively involved in key processes related to regulated markets, equity and asset transactions, corporate structuring, and internal reorganizations. This experience has given her a deep understanding of business dynamics in a highly regulated environment.
In 2025, she completed an international MBA program at Rome Business School with a specialization in Marketing, which provided her with a strategic and global perspective on business, brand building, consumer behavior, and market positioning.
Sergei Andreev is an established financial manager, chief accountant, and financial controller with over 24 years of professional background across various sectors, including real estate, renewable energy, trade, agriculture and hospitality. His career has taken him through leading Bulgarian and international companies, where he has built solid expertise in managing complex multi-entity structures, financial planning and control, and coordination with banks and investors.
He has deep knowledge and practical experience in all phases of financial management for investment projects – from structuring financing and budgeting to accounting and tax strategies, cash flow control, and financial reporting. Sergei stands out with his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and team leadership capabilities. He is proficient in modern business technologies, including financial modeling and analysis, ERP and CRM implementation (including Salesforce), and process automation via Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Alexander Zagorsky is a graduate of the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG), with degrees in Structural Engineering and Land and Property Management.
His professional journey includes diverse roles in the real estate and construction sectors — starting as a real estate broker, followed by positions as a technical associate in design and construction companies, where he was responsible for coordinating project documentation. He also held the role of manager of a servicing company for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
For the past five years, he has worked as a Property and Construction Management Coordinator, gaining extensive experience in the coordination of construction and investment activities.
Since the end of 2024, he has served as an external expert to the Standing Committee on Environmental Protection, Agriculture, and Forestry at the Sofia Municipal Council, contributing his expertise in sustainable development and urban environment management.
